From leading campaigns for #1 albums and #1 podcasts to inspiring and uplifting creative communities

As a Community Engagement Manager at the freelance graphic design platform, I helped shape the future of freelancing. 

 

I identified key pain points and opportunities for the designer community by scoping and planning UX research projects, utilising resources such as the community forum and implementing an NPS survey.

With this research, I developed a new monthly report that is now used as an onboarding resource for product and design teams.

 

I also worked closely with product and design teams to develop roadmaps, features and personas. Proving to be a valuable resource for teams across the company in the development of the product and the company vision.

triple j

In my time at triple j, recognised as the most influential radio station in Australia (5+ million followers across social media) I led countless projects across all three radio stations. These include project managing campaigns for a debut ARIA #1 album and two #1’s on the Apple podcast chart.

In this position, I also managed the graphic design team and led the creative direction across triple j and its two subsidiary radio stations.

 

I developed new internal systems to brief, communicate and work with the team based on agile methodologies.
